Isn't it true that there's so much pressure to be skinny these days? Every day, it's all over the news and on magazine covers. The media has made the issue of obesity unavoidable. What are you doing to keep your weight under control? Have you tried one of the latest fad diets? 

Perhaps you've started a new, challenging workout routine at the gym. Whatever you do to keep the pounds off, at the very least you're giving it your all. Too many Americans show up on their figures, and it all goes downhill from there. 

You're a size 9 at the top. You remember gaining a bit, but no significant treaty. After that, you're a size 12, and then a size 16. If you cleverly avoid the problem, this process can carry on indefinitely.
